We are Moving!

After 25 years at the same location,

the Iowa Acupuncture Clinic has a new home!

 

We have had amazing memories and experiences since moving to Clive in 2000.  It’s time to continue in a fresh environment.

 

April of 2026, we are scooting diagonally a few hundred feet into a new location and building a zen healing environment to create new memories and continue our holistic medical practice.

 

New beginnings create opportunities for new patterns.  We have designed the space to feature and expand our holistic healing ancient medicine: Acupuncture, Zen-Mindfulness, Dietary Education and Herbal Medicine.

 

We have practiced herbal medicine for 30 years and now are featuring a full herbal apothecary.  We are expanding our Traditional Asian Medicine formulas that you have all grown to love.  In the next few months we will add medicinal herbal teas, individual loose herbs, various topical therapies and more.  

 

Over the years we have introduced you to unique medicinal products and we look forward to expanding with new locally sourced and small batch herbal medicines. 

 

Some of you have been able to experience our homemade Fire Cider and Calendula salves.  We hope to expand production and add other recipes.

 

One of the most special aspects of our new space is the Zen environment.  The building is home to various meditation groups, and has space for us to add meditation experiences to the already peaceful effects of acupuncture. 

 

We have plans to add various events, educational seminars, community acupuncture and couples therapies.

 

The building is grounded and surrounded by beautiful landscaping and mature trees.  It is very exciting to have our clinic open in the early spring and share the wonder of this environment with you all.

 

Most importantly we want to thank all of you.  We met in acupuncture college and dreamed of creating a vibrant holistic medical clinic.  As we approach our 30th anniversary, we know that it is our patients, their families and community that built this clinic.  We will always cherish the loving powerful moments of caring for you all.  Space and places carry memories and hold on to energy.  But community is where life happens.  We are very excited to grow into this new space and share it with you all.

 

The new clinic opens in April, look for a future email announcing our official Open House event.
